“Well, my name says Melissa Mullens, but that's not my name ‘cause it's not legal,” Melissa Kesler tells NewsChannel 32. It's not legal because she may have married a bigamist.
She
no longer wears her wedding band, but when Melissa Kesler married
Raymond Mullins, she thought she was getting the chance to start over.
But that's not what happened. “My life is in limbo because in a point, I can't move on to something I need to do because of this,” she explains.
At
only 28, she had one bad marriage behind her and 2 kids left with the
scars. When she found out that her new husband was seeing another
woman, she tried to leave him. She says he went crazy and she got a
restraining order against him.
She thought that was as bad as it would get, until she found out it could get worse, “I found out in a bad way,” she says. When she filed that restraining order, she went to women's shelter...where she ran into another Mrs. Raymond Mullens.
Two counts of bigamy aren't the only charges Mullens faces. He also
has 2nd degree forgery against him. 2nd degree because, Kesler says he
forged a judge's, an attorney's, and his 1st wife's signatures on the
souped up divorce papers.
“I just think he's...it just takes a despicable person to do what he did,” expresses Kesler. But another, less apparent offense, she says, is the damage he's done her children. “They really liked him. They kind of got a little attached to him.”
And for this, she only wants one thing--“ In a way, a part of me just wants the judge to throw a book at him. Then in a way, I just want him to be sorry about what he caused,” Kesler says. Until then, she plans to move on one day at a time.

I think that's a textbook definition of a predator.
