James Boatwright Charged With Bigamy in Wisconsin

A Marshfield, WI man charged with being married to more than one woman at a time is scheduled in court this morning. James Boatwright is expected to appear in Clark County for a pre-trial conference.

The 31-year-old is facing a bigamy charge, which carries a maximum penalty of one and a half years in prison. Authorities say he was married to a woman named Elizabeth in Loyal in 2005, while he already a wife in Missouri.

Court records show Boatwright didn't divorce his first wife until December 2007.

hi if anyone out there can please help me or give me a link to go i would be most gratefull i maaried a woamn 6.5yrs ago 2 yrs ago she left me for another man i filed for divorce since this time i have found she has 1 or maybe 2 other husbands. she changed her identity and ss# before we were married iam trying to find a birth certicate on her where she was born in hileah fl, but i need her dads name so if anyone has any info on a nancy sarah johnson 53 years of age her moms name is nancy betancourt johnson gates so his name would be betancourt. any info will be helpfull. thank-you Danny
