Hicks was released from prison in Virginia in October 2006, and his parole was transferred to South Carolina. He failed to show up for parole reporting in July 2008 and has been on the lam, until now. Hicks was reported to be living on a sailboat in Key Largo still preying on unsuspecting women.
When Hicks was sentenced in May 2006 he received a five-year sentence, of which four years were suspended. The judge could very well sentence him to the remaining four years when he returns to trial in VA.

Jana, Thank God everyday; you are truly blessed. Your remark about his looks clearly shows how little you know about predators. Of course a mug shot is going to look bad. How's your DMV photo? Mine is worse then Hicks' mug shot and I"m an attractive woman. Anyway, men like this know how to charm their way into women's lives. They know what makes a woman feel special, their bright smile, laughter and conversation are absolutely magical! That is, until they know they have you, then they're emotionally abusive. Never underestimate the power of these men. The moment you do, you can become entrapped too.

Oh my goodness!!! He just can't stop can he!!! Ed Hicks is a HOT MESS!! Don't these women have eye! He looks like billygoat gruff!!! I wouldn't kiss him with somebody elses lips!!
