If you are married to a biggamist do you have to get an annulment or does the marriage just become void?

My sister is married to this man for 10 years. Always worked internationally. Would never tell her where he was staying or how to contact him other than by his cell or email. Always told her "I've done things you'll never know about." It has come to our attention very recently that he has another child in Indonesia and the woman he has the child with is using his last name on her job website. How do we go about proving he is a bigamost? We have not tipped our hand to him, so he does not know we know. How to we proceed with our new information and how do we prove this marriage in Indonesia?

Not sure where to post this, but Tim Tangermann of Torrance California, married to two women. He is a psychopath, is spreading herpes and cons women out of their money. Watch out for this guy.
